Good job description is that Aupair can imagine the life at your house. Please write it as possible in detail and what you demand for the Aupair honestly.
Case1: Student visa Aupair
6:30am-8:00am... wake up and feed breakfast for kids (light meal like cereal, bread, etc..)
8:00am-8:30am... take children to the school bus stop
8:30am-16:00pm... Light house work(clean up after feeding, laundry of children, etc) and free time(your school time)
16:00pm-19:00pm... Preparation of dinner(If you are not unpleasant, make for all us)
19:00pm... Usually we parents get home and finish your working time
Total working time: about 6 hours per a day(Mon-Fri)

Case2: J-1 visa Aupair
・Mon-Fri. usually 8am-6pm about 2 hours nap time in the afternoon.
・Feed breakfast and lunch. Usually foods are prepared but
heat it up or make some additional.
・Clean up after feeding then take them to the park or play at
back yard, or stay at home and play (winter).
・On Fridays, drive kids to music class (eurhythmics) and
attend with them. Then, have lunch with class mates and go to
Japanese story time at local library with one more nanny. (one for
each kids.)
・Play date once or twice a week if we can. Usually a friend
w/mom comes over then take a walk to the our neighbor beautiful park,
10min walk -there are play ground, baseball/succor/football fields.
Also, free event on Friday night during summer time. (ex. July 4th
fireworks, kids activities, music concert...) Or Stay at home to play
together under bad weather.
・House cleaning: the own room, bathroom, kitchen after own
use or kids use, also do laundry for Kids cloth.
・Possibly start nursery school soon so drive them to the
school once or twice when necessary.
・Importantly, must speak Japanese to kids. Not required any
experience or licenses (except driver license), but must like kids and
needs common sense.
